Azimio One Kenya Leader Raila Odinga says the Kenya Kwanza administration has up to Monday next week to listen to the plight of the people of Kenya on the controversial finance bill 2023 or face a battle with them.
Speaking at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Foundation in Nairobi, Odinga said they want President William Ruto to withdraw the finance bill or face street battles.
“Tomorrow is on Madaraka Day, let’s give him this week , and on Monday, we will blow our trumpets, don’t worry,” he said.
“It is improper for President Ruto to impose undue taxes on already overtaxed Kenyans,” he added.
