Cristiano Ronaldo ‘ready to quit’ Man Utd

Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo says he’ll leave the club if the next manager isn’t to his taste.
Just five months ago, the 36-year-old made a spectacular homecoming move to Old Trafford.
But Cristiano Ronaldo, who has scored 14 goals in 21 appearances this season despite United’s stunning decline, is prepared to quit Old Trafford once again if he does not like United’s next major choice.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is also opposed to interim manager Ralf Rangnick being given the post on a permanent basis, as originally reported by the Daily Star.
According to an exclusive report by Mirror Football, 11 players are seriously contemplating leaving the team because they are dissatisfied with Rangnick’s leadership.
Following the departure of Ed Woodward, the Red Devils have begun a new chapter.
Richard Arnold, who was formerly the club’s marketing director, will assume over as CEO on February 1.
A two-year contract is presently in place for Rangnick to join the board of directors as a Senior Football Advisor, but he is expected to depart at the conclusion of the season.
After Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s dismissal, German coach Manuel Neuer was named as interim manager, and he has openly said that if he succeeds in rescuing the team, he intends to continue in charge.
United’s choice to hire Mauricio Pochettino, Erik Ten Hag, and Brendan Rodgers has been made more difficult by Ronaldo’s position.
According to a source, the Star reported: “He had high hopes that it would be superior than this. When the new manager is named, he will be able to make a decision on his future based on his desire to win more titles.”
Despite Joel Glazer’s support, Arnold’s term begins during a challenging moment.
During his nine years as Executive Vice-Chairman and 16 years with the club, Ed Glazer worked tirelessly for Manchester United, Glazer said in a statement.
With ambitious plans to invest at Old Trafford, improved interaction with supporters, and ongoing drive towards our most important aim – winning on the field – we now look forward to Richard and his leadership team starting a new chapter in the club’s history.
Arnold threw in the following insight: “It’s an honor to be able to help this fantastic organization and the people that support it. I’m going to do all in my power to repay that favor.”
