The Is Of The Internet:
- The Internet is a mirror: it shows me and you how exactly we are.
- The Internet is a berth where you can find anything you want as long as you do not know what you are looking for.
- The Internet is a jetty where anything is possible as long as it is not happening in the real world.
- The Internet is a berth where you can be anything you want, as long as you are not an adept at it.
- The Internet is a gargantuan place; yet it is also a minuscule sized world at the grip of one’s palm.
- The Internet is a series of tubes.
- The Internet is where you can be as anonymous as Mr. Richard Nixon in a Democratic caucus; as long as you are not trying to hide from the National Security Agency (NSA).
(I). Illumination: Internet enables learning, unearthing, unpacking and unravelling microscopically, surgically and relevantly rocket sciences.
(II). Impacts: academic, administrative, behavioural, cultural, Divine, entertainment, entrepreneurial, fun and social operations are affected by the Internet.
(III). Imprints: she was poised to be at the cutting edge globally in the NASA.
Academic and proficiencies levels were ineffable. In all the oral and the written interviews she gingerly scraped through.
When National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) made a background check on her social media platforms, regrettably she had authored dirty laundry pegged on NASA that birthed, heralded and ushered her defeat to join it.
The Internet never forgets.
(IV). Impulse: advertising running in the Internet lead to impulse purchases thus loss of the saving culture and the delayed gratification spirit.
(V). Innovation: better ways of producing products and services have been catalyzed by the Internet.
(VI). Insights: online researching, human behaviours, patterns, trends and analysis on various projects have been successfully executed courtesy of the Internet.
(VII). Inspiration: burns turned into the barns; ephemeral, fickle, finite and rickety grounded sinking sand into Kings and Queens’ castles, fanfares, fanlights, palaces, towers and watchtowers; scars into the stars; miseries into ministries; no into on; pity into opportunity; stories into the storeys and lemons into the lemonades narratives inspire individuals globally across the board.
(VIII). Instincts: people’s interactions and responses to issues are streamlined by the Internet.
(IX). Integration: people drawn from all societal strata across all the four cardinal points converge and exchange ideas.
(X). Invigoration: mobilisation and revitalisation of communities and ideas are catapulted by the Internet.
- Innovation is the birth of habits not a random act.
- The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the TCP/IP protocol to link devices globally.
- The Internet is the massive interconnection of computer networks around the world.
- The Internet uses Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol.
- The World Wide Web uses the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol(HTTP).
- The World Wide Web services are provided by the Internet.
- The World Wide Web is online content that is formatted in the HTML and accessed via HTTP protocol.
