- The first stage in abuse of authority, power and strength is the Surprise Stage: I alone amass incalculably these.
- The second stage in the abuse of authority, power and strength is the Self Esteem Stage: I alone need these.
- The third stage in the abuse of authority and strength is the Satisfaction Stage: I alone deserve these.
- The Fourth, lastly not the least Stage is the Selfishness Stage: I alone demand these.
Who is a Garbage Collector? This is one who only regrettably attracts the most worst. Challenge their stances and statements. Compel the oozing of honesty.
Who is the Sherman Tank? This is one who rides over other people. Consider the baby; discard the bathing water. Stand for the rights.
Who is the Thumb Sucker? This is the self-pity, pouting individual. Expose them to smudges and veneer void troubles. Don’t reward them.
Who is the User? This is an individual who incessantly and brazenly demands lots of attention, energy, resources and time. The sun, the moon, the stars, the clouds and all the celestial beings should revolve and revere them. Set cut and dried boundaries. Demand accountability and responsibilities.
Who is the Volcano? This is the explosive and unpredictable individual. Listen intently to understand, unearth, unpack and unravel microscopically, surgically and relevantly. Hit the nail on the head. Expunge them from the crowds.
Who is the Wet Blanket? This is the individual who is profusely immersed in doldrums. Be honest. Thou shalt never let them be on the leadership frontline.

The Tenets Of Despots:
They Kill:
(I). Communication,
(II). Culture,
(III). Emotions and Feelings ,
(IV). Engagement,
(V). Enthusiasm within an individual and the entire organization at large,
(VI). Motivation and
(VII). Trust.
The Red Flags Of Insecurity:
Comparison.
Compensation: we are victimised; we need recognition, prestige and compensation.
Competition.
Compulsion: in order to court others’ admiration, we must do or say this and that. Impulsivity takes their center stage.
Condemnation: myopically and in a raw baked manner judge themselves and others; conduit and self-pity are the aftertastes.
Control: our interests and selfish driven ambitions must be jealously protected by hook or crook; come rain, come sunshine; for love or for war. We must take charge and voraciously must we be the steering wheel.
Sacrifices: King David made a lot of sacrifices enroute to Jerusalem.
Services: King David, sufficiently, philanthropically and unreservedly shared meals to every Tom, Dick and Harry.
Surrender: King David fully submitted to the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD’S dictates. Is he not the man after the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD’S heart?
2nd. Samuel 6:1-23.
