WITHOUT HIM, I CAN’T; WITHOUT ME, HE WON’T:
If things go bad for you
And make you a bit ashamed
Often you will find out that
You have yourself to blame.
Swiftly we ran to mischief
And then the bad luck came
Why do we fault others?
We have ourselves to blame.
Whatever happens to us,
Here is what we say
“Had it not been for so-and-so
Things wouldn’t have gone that way.”
And if you are short of friends,
I’ll tell you what to do
Make an examination,
You’ll find the faults in you…
You are the captain of your ship,
So agree with the same
If you travel downward
You have yourself to blame.
At East Windsor, Connecticut in the USA in 1703, he was birthed. He myopically and in a raw baked manner believed to have an insight into a deity and threw all the cares to the wind and never subscribed and never subjected himself, his better half and his children to the authority, power and strength of the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD. He tied the knot to an atheist. He masterminded the Freedom Movement pegged on leading and living a carefree lifestyle. No authority, no power, no parameters, no regulations, no rules and no statutes governing people’s lives from the unbirthed to the longest in the tooth under the sun. “Do as it, as it pleases you,” was his drive and philosophy.
In 1877: Sociologist Richard Louis Dugdale conducted an extensive and an intensive research on his descendants after it dawned upon the New York Prison Committee that the lion’s share of the jailbirds stemmed from one grandfather. 1,200 descendants were studied and herein lies the aftertastes:
- 440 died of Sexually Transmitted Diseases;
- 440 were mentally, physically, socially and spiritually mangle wrecked courtesy of all round the clock inebriation;
- 310 were paupers to their last breath;
- 300 died prematurely;
- 200 led pins and needles crippled strata in relief centers;
- 190 were call girls;
- 150 were criminals convicted of murder;
- 142 were professional beggars;
- 130 were jailed for approximately 13 years;
- Over 100 were Daily Drinking Officers;
- 85 suffered from syphilis;
- 64 survived in rickety grounded hamlets tailored to the struggling in life individuals;
- 60 were robbers and thieves;
- Only twenty learnt a profession; ten of them learnt entrepreneurship while in prison;
- 18 were brothel-keepers and
- Seven were murderers.
He is Mr. Max Jukes.

The American government has spent over 420,000 Dollars in incarcerating and rehabilitating Mr. Max Jukes’ descendants.
You cannot choose your ancestors; however you have the authority, ether, power and strength to choose your descendants.
