History records sobering lessons about this truth

Omar Hassan al-Bashir came to power as president of Sudan through staging a coup against a democratically elected government. He ruled for nearly 30 years

Yet in April 2019, the same instrument he used to get to power was used to remove him as president, a coup. His legacy was further darkened by a case before the International Criminal Court (ICC)

Former South Africa president Jacob Zuma took a similar journey.  Zuma fell out with his political benefactor and boss, President Thabo Mbeki. Whether his ascension to the presidency in 2009 was on merit or political maneuvering and betrayal is a debate best reserved for another day

The Holy book boldly records in Ephesians 6:8, “Whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord…” The reverse is true also

You cannot do good and miss good in life. And the opposite? Your guess is as good as mine
