Three Workers Die After Falling Into Septic Tank at Makindu Boys High School
Makindu Boys High School in , Makueni County is mourning , after three workers died after falling in a septic tank within the school compound.Reports indicate that the workers were carrying out regular maintenance when the incident happened. One of them is said to have entered the septic tank first, but he suddenly lost strength inside.
While they were trying to help , two other workers reportedly went into the tank, but they also got stuck and were unable to get out.Emergency response teams were called to the scene, but sadly all three workers were confirmed dead. Their bodies were later recovered from the septic tank.Police have started investigations to find out what caused the accident and whether safety procedures were followed during the work. The incident has left the school community and residents in shock and grieving .
