The mighty kisii county gubernatorial debate

Kisii county gubernatorial aspirants are yet to hold a debate this Thursday at Kisii university as from 10:00 pm. We have more than 7 aspirants planning to succeed governor James Ongwae who has served for 2 terms. They include Deputy Governor Joash Maangi, Senator Sam Ongeri, Woman Representative Janet Ong’era, MPs Simba Arati (Dagoretti North), and Ezekiel Machogu (Nyaribari Masaba).
This week on Thursday of 9th June, they will be having a well-strategized debate that will happen on Kisii university grounds. this will take place as from 10:00 pm East African time. The aspirants are preparing adequately for this as it really determines the number of votes they will gun.
The core mandate of this very debate is to highlight and state the intentions of every aspirant when he/she lands on the top county job. The Kisii county residents are yet to know the intentions of every aspirant and for that, they will be represented by a few officials from the county offices. Kisii university students will be representing the youth society led by the students union.
Security has been beefed up and no unauthorized person will be allowed at the venue. Kisii county aspirants have been having chaos amongst themselves and for this reason, the security that has been set would be mighty and a no-goes zone. the numbers in attendance have been limited just to ensure that the possibility of chaos is at zero rates.
The aspirants believe that after this set debate they will arrive to a consensus that will create peace and gear them through these very intended politics.
