sakajas saga ,is the degree valid?

Sakaja is in a hot soup after 4 complainants presented a petition in court concerning his degree which was claimed to be counterfeit.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Dispute Resolution Committee gave a green light to Sakaja’s lawyer, Adrian Kamotho, to be given more time to respond to the petitions .

The complainants—Dennis Gakuo Wahome , Evans Kaita, Timothy Ayieko and Alex Musalia—allege that Mr Sakaja’s degree from from Team University in Uganda is fake. they added that, Sakaja is a full time member of the senate and no single day record indicates that he has been attending classes in Uganda wheather virtual or physical face to face classes.

”No any of the 6 classmates who graduated in 201`6 in Team university has come out to state that Sakaja was one of their classmates.”Dennis Gakuho the complainant said.

Pressure from the other side is that he has to proof that he completed his Actuaral scince degree in Nairobi university as he claimed earlier.as per the institution academic section, he never completed his degree and his transcripts are not signed at all.

Sakaja has come out openelly stating that he is a valid owner of the science in management degree and the politicians from the other side should sell their candidate and stop propaganda. “Next they will say that I wasn’t born. Forget propaganda; sell your candidate. Our march is unstoppable, our faith is unshakeable and our victory is inevitable,” Sakaja said in a past interview.

The court gave him till noon of tuesday 14th june to provide evidence to his qualification papers from the mentioned university.
