“Oh! Creator of Heaven, earth, fauna, flora, the visible and the invisible: May Thou grant me the serenity and the tranquility of the mind to accept lock, stock and barrel that which I cannot change capered with that which cannot be changed; the intrepidity to change that which I can change punctuated by that which can be changed and the Divine wisdom to decipher one from another. Through the name of Jesus Christ I believe in, I trust in, I obey and pray through. Amen.”

13. The turnpike to success is incessantly under construction.
14. Tembe nayo tembe huwa mkate babu kubwa.
15. Tone sako kwa bako nalo tone jingine huwa bahari babu kubwa.
The Kaizen philosophy: emphasizes continuous improvement in small steps and has been embraced by many organizations cosmically.
Herein, do me and you gaslight some eminent as a sculptor, placed in the cutting edge pedestal, most coveted and most enviable placed global organizations that have successfully implemented Kaizen Philosophy and Principles:
1.Toyota Motor Corporation: Toyota is often cited as the originator and prime example of Kaizen in action. Their Toyota Production System (TPS) heavily incorporates Kaizen Philosophy and Principles to achieve operational excellence, quality improvement and waste reduction.

The mantra is simple, succinct and profound: “Small improvements, consistently applied, lead to jaw dropping results.”In a universe where change is constant, Kaizen Philosophy stands towering head and shoulders being the art of making big differences through small, persistent steps. This is the Kaizen Philosophy for me and you.
As Lao Tzu famously said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”; the Kaizen Philosophy echoes this wisdom by advocating that every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to monumental progress.
It’s the philosophy that subscribes into the power of daily habits and incremental changes to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
In the words of Antoine De Saint-Exupéry, “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away,”the Kaizen Philosophy embraces this sentiment, encouraging me and you to trim the unnecessary and refurbish to the innermost core the essential voraciously.
let me and you embark on this journey of perpetual improvement together, fueled by the belief that, “The secret of getting ahead is getting started,”Mark Twain.
Armed to the tooth and clad in the Kaizen Philosophy and Principles; every step forward is a step toward greatness.
11.Big journeys begin with small steps, but it’s the consistent ones that lead to greatness.

16.Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence. Vince Lombardi.
17.Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. Robert Collier.
18.Don’t watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going. Sam Levenson.
19.The beautiful journey of today can only begin when we learn to let go of yesterday. Steve Maraboli.

Choose life even though the forces of death seem strong;
Choose hope even though despair seems close;
Choose to grow even though circumstances oppress you;
Choose to learn, relearn and unlearn even though you must struggle against your own ignorance And that of others;
Choose to love even though hours are days of violence and vengeance and
Choose to forgive, to pray, to bless another person’s life with simple kindness.
The British Cycling Team was at the rock bottom position in the sporting arena yet Sir David Brailsford grabbed the sword of Damocles, obliterating the Gordian knot by taking over the reins of leading the British Cycling Team in 2007.
Champions are willing and able to do the things that they passionately, pet, rock bottom loath in order to achieve the things that they passionately love.
It was one of the perceived mere and mediocre teams globally. At the dropping of a hat manner, he implemented blow-by-blow, brick-by-brick and hand-by-hand the Aggregation Margin Philosophy:
He implemented the use of thinner bicycles’ tyres;
He implemented the use of ergonomic seats in the bicycles;
He brought surgeons who trained the cyclists to wash their hands before, during and after cycling, practises and competitions to avoid infections;
He brought twelve different pillows tailored to the ideal and quality rest and sleep by the cyclists and
He brought massage gel for the cyclists to heal faster after cycling.
Boy! These are the hotsy-totsy and pristine results:
- The British Cycling Team won 57% of all the road and track cycling gold medals at the Beijing Olympics and the 2012 London Olympics;
- They set seven world’s records and nine Olympics’ records;
- From 2007 to 2017: the British Cyclists won 178 World’s Championships;
- 66 Olympics’ or paralympics gold medals and captured five Tour De France.
- Historically: for ten years-2007 to 2017- the ten years mark the most successful era for any cycling team in history.
Zappos embarked on the success’ journey by selling shoes online. In eight succinct and pristine words is its mission statement pegged on,“To Provide The Best Clients’ Services Possible.”
Sir Tony Hsieh, who was fatally involved in an accident, was its previous owner and frequented at a conference room in Las Vegas in order to find successful Zappos Academy’s graduates. He made an in-road waving two thousand Dollars and giving it to anyone who wanted to quit instantly. Asked why he squandered two thousand Dollars on anyone wishing to quit instantly, his riposte was,”I am throwing away two thousand Dollars to get rid of anyone who prefers money to clients.”
The mastermind of Starbucks Mr. Howard Schultz said,”We are not in the coffee business serving clients; we are in the clients’ business serving coffee.”
Just one percent improvement makes the difference.
Just one page of a book daily, transforms one’s life. Readers are leaders. Dinosaurs became extinct on these bald, cogent, glib, smudges veneer void and water-tight grounds: neither did they read nor study. There is no friend as loyal as a book. Reading minus reflecting is eating minus digesting. A room minus books is a body minus a heart, soul and spirit.
One adherence to calisthenics daily makes the difference.
Just one improvement in an area, makes 38% improvement daily.
