CELEBRATING WORLD KIDNEY DAY

Every second Thursday in March, the United Nations observes World Kidney Day. The date for this year’s World Kidney Day is March 10th . The purpose of these celebrations is to raise awareness about the importance of our kidneys to our overall health, as well as to reduce the occurrence and impact of kidney disease and related health issues around the world.

World Kidney Day is an annual event held around the world to promote awareness about the importance of our kidneys. World Kidney Day is observed every year. Hundreds of events, ranging from public screenings are held around the world.

The other purpose of World Kidney Day is to raise public awareness about the growing prevalence of kidney-related illnesses around the world. The day also emphasizes the relevance of a number of kidney disease prevention techniques. People all over the world hold conferences and seminars on this day to raise awareness about kidney diseases.

Well you must wondering why is it important to celebrate kidneys of all the parts that a human body is made of, what is this organ being celebrated anyway.Now imagine the feeling you have when youre pressed and not able to go for a short call

 Kidneys are significant organs within the body that filter blood and help with the disposal of urine through peeing. The Worldwide Society of Nephrology and the Worldwide League of Kidney Foundations were the primary to recognize this day. The First World Kidney Day was held in 2006

Some of the most common kidney diseases include chronic kidney disease ,Kidney stones , Glomerulonephritis , Polycystic kidney disease and Urinary tract infections .It is important for people to undestans how these diseases come to be so that they also understand the preventive measures .We together ensure that we have healthy kidneys and a healthy life.
