“The believers have four signs: good humour, tactfulness, kind heartedness and open handedness,”Imam Jaffar Sadiq(A.S.).
“I have learned that people will forget what thou said; people will forget what thou did; however people shall never forget how thou made them feel,” the pulchritudinous Poet Maya Angelou.
“Politics without principle;
Affluence without works;
Pleasure without conscience;
Knowledge without character;
Commerce without morality;
Science without humanity and
Worship without sacrifices,”
are the current blunders of the world courtesy of the Non Violence Civil and Human Rights Activist Mohandas Karamchand Mahatma Gandhi.
Strength grows when we dare;
Unity grows when we pair;
Love grows when we share and
Relationships grow when we care.
In the shadows of towering offices we stand,
Where the clock ticks louder than the human hands.
Beneath the weight of quotas and deadlines we sway,
Dreaming of a brighter, fairer day.
From assembly lines to cubicle cells,
Where exhaustion tolls like distant bells.
We raise our voices, bold and clear,
For dignity, respect and rights held dearly.
No more whispers in corridors of fear,
No more sacrifices, no more lacerates,
For the hands that toil, the minds that create,
Deserve a future without debate.
Let safety be our shield and justice be our sword of Damocles,
In this battle for rights, our voices chord.
United we stand, against exploitation’s tide,
With intrepidity and conviction, side by side.
For the dawn of change is within our reach,
As we strive for a workplace where all can teach and train.
So rise, brothers and sisters, rise with might,
For together, we’ll forge a future bright.
In cubicles chock-a-block, cramped, under fluorescent glare,
We toil away, burdens we dutifully bear.
But amidst the hum of machines and papers piled skysnogging,
Hope whispers softly, change drawing nigh.
For we dream of a workspace, serene and fair,
Where respect and dignity permeate the air.
Where safety is paramount, and stress finds release,
In an environment where productivity finds its increase.
Let the walls echo with laughter, not sighs of despair,
Where each worker is valued, their talents laid bare.
With policies just, and benefits secure,
We forge a community, steadfast and pure.
So let us rally together, with voices raised high,
Demanding a workplace where all can thrive.
For in unity lies strength, in our rights we believe,
A future where fairness, we proudly achieve.
At Apple Inc. Company, you are greeted within the first ten seconds upon making an inroad into the store, or within ten metres. During the festive Christmas’ period when it is too busy, they change their shirts from black to red for crystal clarity sighting to clients and they queue greeting clients gleefully within the first ten seconds or the first ten metres.
A deal is sealed by the way that guests are treated; even prior to making inroads into the boardrooms and subjecting ink on papers indelibly. Wait for the clients outside the organization’s premises until they come. Show them the parking bay. Escort them into the company. Take them to the conference room. Introduce them to your colleagues not your employees. Take them to the conference room. The deal shall be subscribed into. The people and the organizations that have not perfected this art, undeniably lose. Undeniably: by the time the lame ducks have perfected the art of the game; the players have exited the stadium.The first rate people hire the first rate people; whilst the second rate people hire the third rate people.
A study by Deloitte found out that reading and studying are inculcated in childhood and adolescence. The best time to repair the roof is when the sun is shining thanks to the American President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Teenage boys and men are more likely than teenage girls and women to opt other entertainment activities such as gaming to reading and studying.
Men read and study fewer books authored by women. Nielsen Book Research found out that ten best selling male authors, readership was roughly evenly divided by gender; with 55% male readers and 45% female readers. In contrast, only 19% of the ten bestselling female authors’ readers were males; compared to the 81% who were females.
The International Labour Organization(ILO) established key instruments such as the Convention Number 155 focusing on creating safe working spaces and Convention Number 187 that promotes preventive safety cultures. The latest report stemming from the ILO,”Ensuring Safety And Health At Work In A Changing Climate 2024,” unveils appalling statistics. More than 70% of workers globally face potential health risks due to climate changes. With staggering estimates of 2.4 billion workers out of a global workforce of 3.4 billion likely to be susceptible to excessive heat during works. Since 2000, this proportion has surged from 66% to 71%. Nearly 19,000 lives and over 2,000,000 disability-adjusted life years are lost annually due to occupational injuries attributed to excessive heat. 27,000,000 individuals globally are grappling with chronic kidney disease linked to heat stress.

Women in Japan make up only 9% of Directors in listed companies compared to 45% in France. Recently, Canon selected a woman in its board-for the first time in its 88th year history. According to Bloomberg: 35% of Japan’s startups are currently funded, operated and owned by women. Work is the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD’S appointed, consecrated and dedicated way through which possibilities become realities; dreams become actualities and potentials become real.
Count thy blessings instead of thy crosses;
Count thy courage instead of thy fears;
Count thy friends instead of thy foes;
Count thy full years instead of thy lean;
Count thy gains instead of thy losses;
Count thy health instead of thy wealth;
Count thy joys instead of thy woes;
Count thy kind deeds instead of thy mean and
Count thy smiles instead of thy tears.
The multi-billion Pound brain teaser is: what are the redress methods, however not limited?
The multi-billion Pound brain teaser is: what are some of the private and public companies that have enhanced safer working environment?
The multi-billion brain teaser is: what are some of the cosmically worth emulating companies that have shattered the glass’ ceiling?
Work is the most important thing in life so we should spare some of it for tomorrow.
Work is not primarily what one does to live but what one lives to do.
