Azimio’s big cake as Kalonzo takes a u turn to the party

The wiper leader Kalonzo musyoka has been under intense pressure to declare his stand after threatening to deffect from Azimio. The reason behind being that the presidential candidate Raila Odinga chose Martha Karua as his running mate in the intended election to happen. The decision that went contrary to Kalonzo’s expectations. After having a one month reflection vacation, on 2nd of June 2022 in Nairobi, Kalonzo aired out his stand to the nation which yielded joy to the Azimio supporters. Addressing the media on Thursday, Kalonzo declared that giving a way for another person is the best idea ever and so he had deferred his presidential bid and joined Azimio again. This pregnant announcement delivered joy to the Azimio members and its supporters nation wide.
His counterparts congratulated him too. Sunkuli who had been elected as his running mate earlier congratulated him too. “Giving a way for your brother is the best idea and so does not make you a watermelon .”said Sunkuli.
Kalonzo said that, its all about for the love of the nation that he took this step and for that reason he would start his campaigns immediately which began at Mukurwe kwa Njenga.
Gideon Moi the KANU party leader did not hesitate Kalonzo of his wise decision too, he promised to walk with him in the journey. Azimio-One Kenya party members showed their joy by cheering up as Kalonzo ended his declaration speech.
